Keyboard Shortcuts Ms Word, useful for beginners, Students and professionals

If you are working in a Office where you use Microsoft office Software for your documentations. You should know some shortcuts to speed up your typing or compiling your official data. These shortcut keys must be remembered and used if you want to use Microsoft Word in a professional way. these shortcut will increase your ability of work. These shortcut keys are mentioned below:
  • CTRL + N :            To open a new window of program
  • CTRL + S :             to Save your document.
  • CTRL + A :            To select all data on document.
  • CTRL + B :            To make a word or Letter of text "Bold" or to remove bold formatting
  • CTRL + C :            To Copy a file or to copy text data in a document
  • CTRL + V :            To paste the copied file somewhere or text data in a document.
  • CTRL + X :            To Move a file from one place or to Move text data in document.
  • CTRL + O :            Open a file or object
  • CTRL + P :             To print the document
  • CTRL + I  :             for Italic formatting of a text or sentences
  • CTRL + Z :             Undo an action (go back to previous activity)
  • CTRL + Y :             Redo the last action or to repeat an action
  • CTRL + K :            to insert a link
  • CTRL + D :             To set or select Font style for document
  • CTRL + F :              Find specific data or word in document
  • CTRL + H :             to find the specific word and replace with other word
  • CTRL + J :              to align/distribute the text data evenly between the margins of document
  • CTRL + G :             Go to a specific page 
  • CTRL + E :             Align the text to left or center of the document.
  • CTRL + R :             Align the text to right side of the document
  • CTRL + U :             Underline a word or text
  • CTRL + W :            Close the active document or file  
  • CTRL + Enter :       to directly start next page of the document.
  • CTRL + Down :      to directly go to next page
  • CTRL + Up :          to directly go to previous page
  • CTRL + Right :      move cursor directly to next word in text. word by word 
  • CTRL + Left :        move cursor back in text word by word
